About this site

This website belongs to Throneroom Christian Church and exists to serve our congregation, visitors, and ministry. It provides information about the Church, sermon messages, a calendar of activities, a way to contact us, a way to let us know about a gift, and a private, invitation-only portal for authorized staff and leaders.

Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms the Church or others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the private portal, accounts, or any non-public data.
• Interfere with the site’s operation, security, or infrastructure, or submit spam or malicious content through our forms.
• Copy, republish, or misuse content from the site except as reasonably permitted below.

Giving

Giving through this site is voluntary and is made by bank transfer that you arrange directly with your own bank. We do not process card payments or collect any bank login or account details on this website. The Give page shows the Church’s bank details and lets you optionally tell us about a gift you have sent.

A giving confirmation you submit is your notice to us — it is not itself a receipt and does not confirm that funds have been received. A gift is only recorded as received after the Church’s treasurer verifies the actual bank transfer. Because gifts are freewill offerings to the Church, they are generally non-refundable; if you believe an error has occurred, please contact us and we will help resolve it.

Contact messages and submissions

Please provide accurate information and treat others with respect. Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else’s rights. We may decline to act on submissions that appear to be spam or abuse.

Accounts (staff and leaders)

Portal accounts are created by invitation only and are for authorized use. If you hold an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account, and you agree to use your electronic signature only for your own approvals. Notify the Church immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Content and intellectual property

Content on this site — text, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to the Church. Scripture is quoted from the New Living Translation (NLT) with its attribution shown on the site. You may share links to our pages and use content for personal, non-commercial, ministry purposes. Sermon videos are hosted on YouTube and are subject to YouTube’s terms.

Third-party links

The site may link to other websites (for example, YouTube or resource pages) that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the site available and its information accurate, but we provide it “as is” without warranties. Service times, events, and details may change. To the extent permitted by law, the Church is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.

Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version.
